Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Travel.pk ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Travel.pk, a service provided by TechAbout Private Limited, Pakistan.

Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
Prices are subject to change until payment is completed
You must provide accurate and complete information
Booking confirmation will be sent via email

Passenger Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all passenger information, including names, passport details, and travel documents, are accurate and match official identification.

Third-Party Services

We act as an intermediary between you and airlines, hotels, and other service providers. Their terms and conditions also apply to your booking.

Payment Terms

Payment Processing

Payment must be completed at the time of booking
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets
All payments are processed securely through encrypted channels
Additional fees may apply for certain payment methods

Currency and Pricing

Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Exchange rates are updated regularly but may fluctuate between quote and booking.

Service Fees

Our service fees are clearly displayed during the booking process and are non-refundable, even if the underlying travel service is cancelled or refunded.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Rights

Cancellation policies vary by airline, hotel, and service provider. You can cancel your booking through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

Refund Processing

Refunds are subject to the terms of the service provider
Processing time: 7-14 business days after approval
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Cancellation fees may apply as per airline/hotel policies

Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, political unrest, or other circumstances beyond our control, standard cancellation policies may not apply. We will work with service providers to find suitable solutions.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our service, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Respect the rights of other users and service providers
Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Check-in for flights and comply with airline requirements
Carry valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.)

Limitation of Liability

Travel.pk acts as an intermediary and is not liable for:

Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
Quality of services provided by airlines, hotels, or other vendors
Loss or damage to personal belongings during travel
Medical emergencies or health issues during travel
Changes in visa requirements or travel restrictions
Currency fluctuations affecting travel costs

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services, excluding third-party costs.

Intellectual Property

All content on Travel.pk, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Travel.pk or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
